Contact details unlock only after a worker accepts.

Hirer accounts checked against Companies House where applicable.

Add your trade, sector, location, work radius, availability, photo and any tickets or certificates.

Stay visible
Keep availability up to date and share work photos or updates on your home feed so companies know you are active.

Review requests
Hirers send a contact request with role details. Accept or decline — your phone and email stay private until you say yes.
For hirers

Search UK talent
Filter by sector, location and availability across construction, security, hospitality, logistics, retail, care and office work.

Send a request
Describe the role, location and start date. Workers approve before any contact details are shared.

Connect and hire
Once accepted, use the contact window to call, message and confirm the job directly with the worker.
Privacy built in
Workers choose who can reach them in Settings. Certificates and ID uploads stay private — hirers see verification badges only. Learn more in our Safety centre and Our privacy policy.

Workmilo is launching in the United Kingdom. We are adding sectors, safety tools and hiring features during Early Access based on feedback from workers and companies on the ground.
