Cookie settings

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies Workmilo uses, why we use them, and how you can manage them in your browser or device settings.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Workmilo also uses browser storage such as local storage and session storage for the same kinds of purposes.
Essential storage
Auth and session — keeps you signed in via Supabase authentication. Required for the platform to work and cannot be turned off while you use Workmilo.
Functional storage
- Remember in-progress worker signup and onboarding steps.
- Store notification preferences and dashboard choices during your session.
- Remember campaign or referral links where applicable.
Push notifications
If you opt in to push alerts, OneSignal may store identifiers so notifications can reach your device. You can turn push off in Settings → Alerts & messages or in your browser/device permission settings.
Analytics and advertising
- Google Ads — conversion tags help us measure sign-ups from advertising.
- Meta Pixel — may be used to measure marketing performance where enabled.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. Disabling essential storage will sign you out and may stop parts of Workmilo from working. Push notifications can be disabled in your Workmilo settings or device permissions. For more on how we handle personal data, see our Our privacy policy.
